2 packages croissant dough
3 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese, softened
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 stick of butter, melted
1/3 cup of cinnamon sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease the bottome of a 9x13 baking dish. Press one package of croissant dough into the bottom of the dish, making sure that there are no seams. Mix the cup of sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla extract together until smooth. Spread the mixture evenly over the first croissant. Press the second croissant over the cream cheese mixture, again making sure there are no seams and that the cream cheese is completely covered. Pour the melted butter evenly across the top of the croissant. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar over the dish. Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden!
